Finlife Corporate Finance participated to the 2017 Annual Global Meeting of AICA – Alliance of International Corporate Advisors, held in Oslo, Norway on last May 4-6.

Over 80 delegates coming from all over the world attended a successful conference in one of the most scenic capitals of the Nordics, discussing projects, ideas and fostering the collaboration among the members.

Two new prestigious members were officially presented to the assembly, such as the Hong-Kong-based MCM Partners and the Irish Capnua Corporate Finance, which bring AICA to a total of 40 members in 60 offices across 39 countries worldwide. Figures that witness once again how AICA represents a leading player in the worldwide M&A arena.

AICA professionals were able to enjoy presentations by external guest speakers, interact and share deals in “one2one” sessions and participate to interesting industry group discussions. Moreover, the gathering featured a separate program for Analysts and Associates including training courses and dedicated presentations.

The conference was also the opportunity to present the new AICA’s website that will be launched soon.

Special thanks to our Norwegian host M&A Corporate Advisors AS and particularly to its Managing Partner Jan Magne Heggelund as well as to the AICA Development Director Amanda Noble-Simmons for having put together a very successful meeting.
